Jake & Nancy Jensen
Jake and his family moved to Missoula in September of 2006. After receiving his accounting degree
and CPA license and Nancy her psychology degree, Jake decided to use his financial abilities to help churches. The Jensen’s were hired by the Boston Church of Christ in 1986, to not only work in a financial capacity but also to train in ministry and missions. After working and training for three and
a half years, the Jensen’s moved on to serve churches of Christ in London, Denver, and Los Angeles.
After participating in a program to train couples to serve in a shepherding capacity within their local ministry, Jake was appointed an Elder, and Nancy, a Women’s Counselor in 2003.
The Jensen’s love Missoula and the Five Valleys Church. They continue to work with the campus students in the church which “keeps them young and on their toes”. Jake and Nancy have been married for over 30 years and have three children. Seth who is living and working in Los Angeles, and volunteers in the teen ministry. Jessica who is a student at the
U of M and part of the campus ministry, and Jesse who is a student at Sentinel High School.
